As president of HDAI Construction, John Kronawitter brings over thirty years of experience in architecture and construction. As a contractor with an architecture background, Mr. Kronawitter offers a unique understanding of construction costs and solutions, as they relate to design concepts.

Prior to establishing his firm, he began his construction experience with a national healthcare design-build firm. For the next fifteen years, John served as president of Kronawitter Sunderland and Kronawitter Associates, completing a variety of construction projects that included medical and dental facilities, retail and general office. After moving to Florida in 1999, he established HDAI Construction, with a primary focus on healthcare work.

John continues to maintain responsibility for management of construction operations, establishing overall project goals and monitoring project staff performance toward goal achievement.
